Aimé Leon Dore offers returns for store credit or refund on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are included to maintain eligibility for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided at the end of the request process.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing upon arrival.
